Built for serious river anglers, the Guideline Alta NGx Wading Boots with Vibram® Sole are engineered for long days on the water. Whether you’re covering miles of riverbank or negotiating rocky, slippery terrain, these premium wading boots deliver outstanding comfort, durability and grip.
Designed for everyday fishing where walking distance matters, the Alta NGx provides instant step-in comfort thanks to its supportive instep construction. All internal support materials are made from closed-cell components, meaning they won’t absorb water — keeping the boot lightweight while maintaining a secure, comfortable fit throughout the day.
Lightweight Yet Exceptionally Durable
The outer construction features tough yet lightweight recycled nylon ripstop, giving you long-term durability without unnecessary weight. Reinforced toe and heel boxes add protection where it’s needed most, with cleverly debossed stitch channels to reduce wear and extend the lifespan of the boot.
Strategically placed TPU reinforcements along the lower section enhance abrasion resistance when scrambling over rocks or wading through challenging riverbeds.
Superior Stability & Stud Compatibility
A supportive midsole combined with a stiff synthetic lasting board provides excellent stability and torsional control — essential when wading in fast or uneven water. The outsole is stud-compatible, allowing anglers to add studs for extra traction if required.
