This new version Ridgeline Ladies Monsoon Classic Jacket, like the original, is totally waterproof, reassuringly durable and completely windproof. This latest version, however, offers a massive leap in terms of 'breathability' with improved Moisture Vapour Transmission Rate - which in non technical terms means that when working hard outdoors this Ridgeline jacket tackles that uncomfortable clammy feeling. Constructed from brushed polyester with a durable water-repellent finish that offers protection, durability and tear-resistance. Chunky zip-pullers are easy to use even whilst wearing gloves and a popper-fastened storm flap keeps out the worst of the weather. Essentials can be stored in the large, flap-protected chest pocket and hands can be warmed in the two zipped lower pockets. Hip Zips in the side seams provide the option of increased mobility—perfect for riding or driving a quad bike. The adjustable wired hood protects from harsh, windy conditions and can be rolled away in the collar when not in use. The cuffs are adjustable and can be rolled up when warm and cinched tight when cold - plus there's an adjustable drawcord at the waist to alter the fit, and seal in the warmth.
